Consorci Sanitari Integral
The Consorci Sanitari Integral (CSI) is a public health and social services organization with 14 centers throughout the province of Barcelona. Its commitment is expressed in its desire for the people served by the CSI to feel welcomed and supported, and to participate in decisions made about their health.

Challenge
The goal of the CSI rehabilitation services is to offer remote rehabilitation therapies, avoiding unnecessary travel to the centers and increasing patient motivation and autonomy during their treatment.
Following the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Consorci Sanitari Integral (CSI) had been offering the option of following various rehabilitation therapies online through its YouTube channel since July 2020. However, they needed to invest in a dedicated solution that would allow them to manage the entire rehabilitation process.
Solution
ReHub was implemented in three major hospitals within the Consorci: Hospital General de L’Hospitalet, Hospital Dos de Maig, and Hospital de Sant Joan Despí Moisés Broggi.
Professionals at these centers use ReHub to provide telerehabilitation treatments, combining in-person and remote visits.
Furthermore, thanks to sensor monitoring, professionals can precisely track patient progress using objective data from exercise sessions, such as range of motion achieved, number of repetitions performed, and execution speed.
Results
Thanks to the promising results, the CSI’s goal is to extend the use of ReHub to 40% of all its patients within 6 months.
