project R&D:

Rosia Phase II

Within this international consortium, which includes public prosecutors in Spain, Portugal, and Ireland, as well as multiple technology partners, DyCare contributes its expertise in digital rehabilitation: its platform enables rapid functional assessments, remote monitoring, and personalized, data-driven therapies. This strengthens the “technology solution for the patient” component of the project.

ROSIA Phase II Objective

ROSIA aims to design the tele-rehabilitation services of the future for remote areas with limited healthcare services. These services will be comprehensive, allowing patients to continue their rehabilitation treatment at home, supported by cutting-edge technology, new care pathways, and community activities.
The initiative integrates multiple elements: a care model that links patient self-management, tele-rehabilitation, and community support; an open technology platform for integrating third-party solutions; personalized treatment and continuous monitoring; and clinical pathways adapted to the public healthcare system.

The project will be carried out in 3 phases:

The project structure is organized into three phases:

  1. Solution design.
  2. Prototype development
  3. Field trials in real-world settings

The aim is not only to create technology, but to clinically validate it, scale it up, and generate evidence to systematically introduce it into European health systems.
